Whether your team is large or small or you are beginning your leadership journey or in the later stages of your career, this interactive presentation is designed to get your team from here to there. We will teach and remind each other of the value of changing our position on the balcony to observe our leadership style. Discussion topics include Creating a Growth Mindset, Leading from Where You Are, and The Importance of Looking Through the Three Lenses (Political, Cultural, and Strategic). Attendees will be encouraged to share their own experiences and the real-world problems that today's leaders face.

Learning objectives:

• The importance of creating and cultivating a growth mindset relating to individuals and teams. Moving individual team members into a growth mindset is essential, but encouraging the group to move toward that thinking is vital.
• The belief that you can lead from where you are allows us to aid in moving our organization forward. The skill of leading down, to the side, or leading up is one we all need in our tool bag.
• Changing the lenses we use to make decisions is a powerful way to reflect on decisions. If we are not making the decision, it helps us better understand the reasoning behind it.
