Yale University

Darice Corey is Senior Director of Web and IT Planning in the Yale College Dean's Office, where she leads IT strategy, digital operations, and AI governance for Yale College, the undergraduate division of Yale University. Her work centers on a question many education leaders face: how to govern technology responsibly without owning central infrastructure. She sits on Yale's IT Leadership Council and has built practical AI governance tools, including a tool-request decision framework, a cross-functional community of practice, and a staff training program on responsible AI use. Over nearly two decades at Yale, she was technical and project lead of the co-developed Designing Your Career platform, now serving more than 7,100 users across 83 institutions and recognized with the Linda K. Lorimer Award, and led the Webby Award-winning redesign of the Yale College website. She hosts the Yale College Voices podcast and has taught as adjunct faculty for more than 14 years. She holds a B.S. and an MBA from Fairfield University, where she is also pursuing an Executive Doctorate in Business Administration.
