Dr. Michael J. Wolter is an Academic Technology Manager, educator, and higher education leader with more than 20 years of experience in academic technology, faculty development, online learning, student success, and organizational leadership. In addition to his administrative leadership, he has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in organizational behavior, leadership, business, technology, first-year experience, and career development at multiple colleges and universities. Dr. Wolter has led institution-wide initiatives focused on learning management systems, accessibility, artificial intelligence, instructional design, and digital transformation. A frequent presenter at regional and national conferences, he is passionate about helping faculty integrate innovative, inclusive, and evidence-based teaching practices that enhance student learning and success.
