Anna Roe is the Chief Academic Officer of Crowley ISD in Texas, where she leads district-wide academic strategy, curriculum development, and instructional leadership. A longtime educator, she began her career in Crowley ISD in 2004 and returned in 2019 after serving as a principal in Granbury ISD. Since then, she has held several leadership roles, including Director of Teaching and Learning and Executive Director of School Leadership. In her current role, she champions instructional equity and has helped expand offerings, including the launch of Native American studies courses.
