Natalie K. Osborne is the Director of Client Services at Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana, where she leads teams that provide IT support to students, faculty, and staff. She has over 10 years of experience in information technology and customer service, with a background that includes working for the United States Air Force as well as in technology and application support roles with state and legal organizations. Natalie earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Decision Sciences from Louisiana State University. She is married to a retired Air Force member, and together they’ve enjoyed traveling and living in many places across the U.S. and around the world while raising their two boys.
