As institutions embark upon a hybrid frontier, they need to be developing their strategy with a "digital first" mindset. This means leading with a perspective that makes sure all necessary student support resources and opportunities for community building are fully accessible online. Implementing a robust set of digital tools to accomplish this will be more inclusive and supportive of student success with online students, hybrid students, commuters, and/or adult learners. This session will provide context and recommendations for leaders to chart a path toward the future that allows them to be adaptable for years to come.
