Ron Howell serves as the vice president for Information Technology and chief information officer at Columbia International University. He has over 20 years of IT leadership experience and previously served as deputy chief information officer at the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control. Ron is certified in the Governance of Enterprise Information Technology (CGEIT) and has presented at various conferences on topics related to IT governance and cybersecurity. Through his nonprofit, The Ron Howell Foundation, he leads a team of professionals in providing seminars and services designed to help minimize the digital divide in underserved communities.
